Millennium Shipping and Marine Services Limited was incorporated on 20 May 2002 and has grown as a participant in Nigeria’s shipping and maritime services industry.
The company works with vessel owners, charterers, cargo interests and project teams that need more than a list of services. They need a partner who can understand the operating picture, identify the critical interfaces and coordinate the people and resources required to move the assignment forward.
Our operating base is the Elegbata/Marina Jetty beside the Naval Base Jetty along the Marina Channel in Lagos. The company profile also identifies offices in the United States and the United Kingdom, giving Millennium Shipping an international presence while keeping Nigeria at the centre of its service delivery.
Our role is practical: define what must happen, make responsibilities visible and help the client reach the required operational result without losing sight of safety, time or commercial priorities.

Engr. Alexander C. Egenti
Engr. Alexander C. Egenti is the Founder and Chief Executive of Millennium Shipping. His career spans more than 40 years across auto engineering, marine engineering, ship management and marine operations.
As Founder and Chief Executive, he has guided Millennium Shipping from its early ideas into a company with operations connected to Nigeria, the United Kingdom and the United States. He continues to provide the technical perspective and commercial direction behind the company’s work.

Mr. Cyril Egenti
Head of Administration Cyril Egenti supports client needs, organizational priorities and the practical coordination of the company’s work. He brings experience in administration, purchasing, marketing and marine operations, with academic training in Theatre and Communication Arts and International Relations and Strategic Studies.
